Jonesboro is only 20-25 minutes from Ruston, definitely not Cenla
Oh, ok, yeah, I thought it definitely had a more "western" look about it. ... Still love that map though.

Cenla has enough weirdos on its own, doesn't need the clusterf#cks of north LA muddying the waters.
A lot of NELA isn't so bad.

You missed the green dot. Mae lives in the Farmerville area. It is north west of West Funroe.
Ahhhh ... Bawcomville still seems like a better fit for her, though.

PERFECT!!!
You have some sort of notification or alarm or something rigged up to alert you, like a tornado siren, every time Monroe/WM or NELA is mentioned, don't you?!?!?

Talking about the town that worships high school football?
Shows up to the games painted as a rebel flag?
Home of duck dynasty?

You're embarrassing yourself. Or should be embarrassed at least.

The high school football description would be accurate for a lot of southern high schools with a Rebel mascot, I imagine, but the DD thing is what really sets it apart.

I definitely like Cotton, but I grew up going to The Mohawk, & have always just loved the atmosphere. Their oysters, fried or raw, are truly some of the best I've ever had, even from Nola. I was there this summer, and I swear, the place hasn't changed at all, like stepping back in time. Very cool.
