Alot of people don't realize that safety razors give a better beard edge than all that gilletee nonsense.

Shaving is the opposite of manly.

It's actually kinda gay.

Real men have beards

Some men can't grow beards due to their places of employment. And those men would make you eat your own dick. Pussy.

Proroso soap with an Omega brush

And Proraso and Omega are the same company.

I switched from Omega hard soap to Proraso Sandalwood cream. Cream is the stuff. Soap is too much work.

EJ is better than Merkur for me, but like most of us, I started with a Merkur. I settled on Gillette 7 O'Clock (currently yellows) for blades. I only use after shave every once in a blue moon.

Red tube? I don't like the smell. Taylor of Olde Bond Street has much better smell and works as well.

Proraso green is great. As is their green after shave splash.

Blue tube is supposed to smell like Ivory Soap?

I'd post a picture of my beard, but I wouldn't want y'all to get boners.

Yeah, red tube. I like it and, more importantly, Mrs. Midnight likes it.

Great soap, but you just have to like menthol to like the green, IMHO.

Proroso White Preshave
Proroso Red Cream
Gillette Sensor Excel
No after shave
Jack Black bump fix at night if I get an ingrown hair. Which happens often.

On the road.

Try the TOBS then. She'll fall over with her feet in the air.

Absolutely. Soap is slicker than owl shite though. When I cheat and use a Schick Hydro with it, the strip on the Hydro and the soap combine to make it annoyingly slick.

But it is a lot of menthol.

Pretty much the consensus on razor sites that I have read.

Have yet to sniff it myself.

Try the TOBS line. Great scents. And effective as Proraso.

I have looked into this. Havent pulled the trigger. Its about $7 more than Proraso. And Proraso just works.

This is where I'm at. I may get some essential oils and make uber lather, but I'm almost too lazy to wet shave as it is.

I do use an electric kettle to boil water. I soak my brush in just short of boiling water (basically let it stand 10 minutes after boiling) and use some of that same water in the scuttle. I let that stand another 10 minutes and it is way more effective than just using hot water out of the tap. Hot water plus Proraso is about 85 percent of the benefit of wet shaving. I went DE just to complete the effect, but I think I could get a decent shave with a cartridge using that combination.

It's worth it. It last longer in the tub. You just brush out what you need or a dab on your finger. Crazy how little is needed.

And they have, I guess, 10 or more options.

Just make sure you like the smell that is on the package. They NAIL each scent. Almond, smells like a damned croissant. Lavender though, smells like an old ladies house. They make a grapefruit too. It smells like picking up a freshly halved grapefruit and rubbing it on your face. I can only assume it doesn't feel the same.

I use Avacado all the time. It has a hint of lime to make it great. Otherwise it would smell like guacamole.

You will. Nothing wrong with a Fusion, other than price. Unless you get ingrown hairs. But if not? The key is to never again spray shite from a can onto your face.

And if using canned stuff just go with old Barbasol and use it in the shower. Hell if you rub ivory on your face and continue to while shaving in a shower you will get a great shave.
