This is stupid as far as a “practice in defense”. Because it isn’t real. It won’t help her at all. Squirming to avoid a rape? Really? Like he won’t have a weapon, or use real force if she doesn’t let it happen? You sir, are a fricking idiot.

which recent, in the news, rape case had ANYTHING to do with a weapon....name one.
I don't believe any had any defensive wounds at all either. So find one besides maybe Rhiana.

Isnt "stranger in a bush with a knife" only like 1% of actual rapes? I think most are drunken one night stands, wanted to make out but not sex, quid pro quo, etc...know the guy type assaults.
probably even less than 1% considering that almost 100% of those raped would be reported where as only 33% (or whatever lower %) of "oops" rapes are said to be reported.

Jesus fricking Christ, you do realize that not all women fight off the rapist? Sometimes they may end up being absolutely terrified and freeze up. Just because she doesn't fight back doesn't mean she actually wants it.
