Frankly given the conditions and it nearly being mid March I'm surprised the mid and Deep South hasn't had worse weather than we have had. Hopefully tomorrow won't be worse than it's thought

Its really fighting. 2 confirmed touchdowns but then recycled back up. Conditions are there but hoping it can’t get more organized

709 PM CDT Tue Mar 10 2026

The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
Northeastern Newton County in northwestern Indiana...
South central Lake County in northwestern Indiana...
Northwestern Jasper County in northwestern Indiana...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 709 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado
was located near Lake Village, moving east at 25 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete
destruction is possible.

* The tornado will be near...
Lake Village around 715 PM CDT.
Roselawn around 720 PM CDT.
Shelby around 725 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
DeMotte.

Yes they are. Lots of hail in metro. Nichols Hills right now thats expensive homes

Patterns have shifted further north.
But this spring and summer.. and fall are going to be wild.
