I need to go see a urologist but I can’t stand the thought of them sticking their finger up my arse and feeling around. It’s like a phobia with me.

That's something you need to get over. Stay current on your exams. Talk with them, maybe they'll give you a Valium or something to help with your phobia.

But you need to stay current on your exams, because it is MUCH better to catch a problem early instead of later.

Yep. It's happening everywhere though- the cases are usually small time so we never hear about other media markets.

The media in most markets usually focuses on violent crimes and arrests. Unless local law enforcement agencies or DAs are sending out press releases highlighting pedo arrests and prosecutions, then these crimes can fly under the radar even in your local market.

Also, if you’re in Baton Rouge, you might hear about a violent crime spree in Shreveport or Birmingham, but the arrest of a couple of pedophiles in either city probably won’t make the news in BR.

They are everywhere and always have been. They are getting caught more because of tech and taking this perversion more seriously.

You just don't notice them. They just don't stay in the news long because it doesn't drive engagement. This probably wouldn't be on anyone's radar except they are fishing for engagement with the alleged $50k bond amount.

I didn't exactly keep a tally, but I don't remember a single person I ever represented for possession of CSAM that didn't at least get a paragraph on the local news sites.
