Serious question regarding masks: When does it end?

Here’s why people don’t want to wear a mask. We have lying, scumbag, POS, slime of the earth politicians. If you think any of these mother frickers care about you other than whether or not they will get your vote, you are kidding yourself l.
These same assholes are tweeting and saying shite like “This is the new normal”. They have moved the goalposts miles and miles. Went from flattening the curve, to now preventing all deaths.
No frick all that. People die everyday. People die from preventable conditions and diseases everyday. Covid will have to be a risk you take when you go about daily life, just like getting in an accident when you drive to work. There is no guarantee a vaccine will work.
So then answer me, how long are we wearing a mask? Few months? Few years? New normal? November 4th?

You wear a seatbelt when you drive to work.....but I remember when you slow people cried and cried about that. I guess I should be more understanding of you mental invalids but it's tiring. I was going to compare wearing a mask to about as much effort as brushing your teeth but realized that isn't relevant to you.

It'll be a while. No politician yet (Republican or Democrat) has been able to vocalize any tangible level of "acceptable risk" that we can bump up to that sounds palatable to a solid majority of people.
