I sold my house in 6 hours back in 2009.
It was just a regular ol' house. We remodeled the living room, put a new stove-top in, and blammo... sold in one day. It was ridiculous.
We had to scramble to find a new house. We honestly thought we would have a couple of weeks, at least.
I'm sure your townhouse is going to fly off the market. If you beat 6 hours, though, I'll be REALLY impressed!
