Is that the joke lol?

She's a 55+ year-old woman who's single and works as a secretary.

She probably IS a drunk.

My arguments are as "good faith" as the autistic nonsense you are spouting.

So again, in the shadow of MLK Day, WHY are you against equality?

Every bit as clever as the "people who don't like it when black people say n****r are racist" argument..

Was it intended to be racist in this incident?

Do black people who use it casually as vernacular intend it as racist?

You're not making an actual point. You're trying to be clever and making non-argument gotchas just like what Leftists do.

Never been to New England so I have no idea how racist people are up there, or how you measure it.

East to pretend you don't have any prejudices when you live in a lily white enclave. Harder to maintain that when you are immersed in what we affectionately refer to as culture down here.

In white culture it’s a bad word especially when used (as it was in this context) in a hurtful, racist manner “N*ggar (sic ) holiday” isn’t the same as a black guy calling his friend a “dumbass n*gga” or something

Bunch of black dudes using a word spelled differently and used in their culture as a synonym for “bro” isn’t the same. Black people calling other blacks that word aren’t trying to be racist

I mean, you said it: it's not about the hard R. It's about who's saying it and why.

Really, because that sounds a whole lot like what you are doing as well.

I never made that argument, which is the problem with you creating that straw man as the basis for your idiocy

Even that couldn't have sounded good in your head, yet here we are....

Not at all, or, at least until the end when this devolved into an ad hom/strawman fest filled with "clever" gotchas.

Meh. Either that word is ok for everyone to use, or it isn't ok for anyone to us. Until we're being consistent, I don't care about its use at all and I won't get outraged about it.

We don’t do this with any words, so I’m not sure why you’d argue that here. Plenty of words are okay to say in one context but not in another. We’re capable of using common sense.

it's offensive when it's convenient. White person gets attacked by a black person and it is actually considered a reasonable excuse that it was ok to assault him bc he used the n word. I can't think of any other word that "excuses" a physical attack on someone. Also gays have made f-ggot offensive meanwhile they call each other the word

When did race become a context for a word? There is nothing common sense about that

Very true. My son was watching LSU with me one evening and we were not doing good and I let some profanity slip. and he said "dad, I kind of want to say D-A-M-N, is that okay?"

And I told him only when LSU is losing
