Why? Otherwise they'd just arrest you for ANY THC in your body

Completely not necessary. If someone is hopped up on marijuana, you can almost always tell right off the bat.

But you are right, a spot test for intoxication level is maybe the biggest hurdle for legalization.

He works with a fella at Burger King that came to work high once and his don't tread on my manager sent him home bc his eyes were blood shock. Poor fella must have been hitting that ole Kentucky crab grass.

Lawyers make money

Companies adopt the new tests and reality.
I'm a functioning adult who would like to relax at home on the weekends and smoke a joint again one day. One day.
