NYNolaguy1, you should give lessons on being a good little passive bootlicker.

Just looking out for the other (behaving) kids at school. If they obey, they don't get hurt. That's something we can all hope for- for the good of the children.

I see her arms flailing as she's being flipped over in her desk? Maybe they were in science class and being taught about, "fight or flight" when this happened?

Would you keep your arms at the 10 and 2 position as you were being flung around by Sergeant Steroid?

I graduated from this high school in 2011, and knew the SRO. He was an Ok guy, people liked him. It's kinda surprising seeing your HS in the national news like this.

Meh...

He got the job done. Was the girl physically injured? Did she require medical attention?

Question: how else was this officer supposed to remove the student from her desk? She had refused two other people.

I'm on the cop's side.

When the teacher or officer asked me to leave I would have left...if only the stupid bitch had any respect for authority...oh well she will probably end up being handled like that in prison one day.

Oh, I agree. The state must prevail. We all must obey authority. Besides, would they really take your family members away if they did not deserve it?

One would think that SRO's, particularly ones assigned to high schools, have some type of training to handle situations such as this.

Saw other prior students saying they were'nt surprised he did this and they'd been trying to get him fired for years.

He has a lawsuit alleging excessive force by another student scheduled to go to trail in 2016.

kids are such pussies now...I had coaches do much worse to me and never thought of suing. I even had a nun slap me on the head. If I had gone home and mentioned it to my parents I probably would have been smacked again.

The cop looked pretty well-trained to me.

I would have zero problem if this was a white girl, by the way. The only difference is we never would have heard about it in that case.

I also believe the cop was excessive but if he didn't physically harm her, then I cannot really see a problem here. And let's stop acting like this type of behavior is not a refection of her parents. If all she hears at home is "frick the police" "kill all police" "frick white people" (because let's be real for a second and quit acting like that is not what goes on) then this type of behavior is to be expected considering it is being endorsed.

The girl asked for trouble.

I'm just saying there is likely a better solution than flipping the desk and dragging her across the floor.

That's obvious. The popo only go after the criminals and law breakers. Though it's not their job to evaluate guilt, just to lock them up until a judge and jury agrees with them. Most of the time a grand jury will just do whatever the DA tells them to do (look up how to indict a ham sandwich ). Then at trial, they can call in a private defense atty to get a moderately better outcome, but with the judge being the finder of law, even if a jury doesn't think an incident was a crime, they are legally obligated to find a guilty verdict if a law was broken.

In other words, it's not about the family deserving it or not, but if the state rules their actions a crime.

tl:dr - don't be a criminal and be nice to the popo.

I mean I never had a problem with the guy and I never saw anything, but yeah I've been seeing that too. He was a cool dude, and so buff that no one ever tried to frick with him. Hell girls even had a crush on him.

I bet it won't take 3 adults to get her arse to stand up next time.

oh God, the horror. A sassy 15 year old girl getting her way. That would keep the cop up at night

nah, I dont think teenagers need their asses kicked for disturbing class. I don't recall ever seeing someone in one of middle school/high school classes who was disrupting class get their arse kicked by a cop. Usually a detention, suspension, parents called, etc. But omg like you said, that means she'd win

The girl winning means everyone else in the class losing. You are fine with a student disrupting class? What if she says shes not going to detention? What if she is suspended but still comes to school anyways, sits in her desk and disrupts classes?

Which one would you like info on?

How to indict a ham sandwich?

Judges as the finders of law?

The ever increasing amount of crimes that can be committed? I blame the legislators for the last one btw.

I mean in reality anyone that draws the attention of the police usually has a bad day, anyway. I like to think of it as winning the Darwin award.
