That one had to be messy.
I find it hard to have sympathy, though. The only way that happens is if the driver wasn't paying attention. If you can't be bothered to pay attention to controlling the two tons of steel you are hurtling down the street in, I can't be bothered to care much when you get decapitated because you weren't paying attention and slammed into the back of a bus at speed.
ETA: I will soften my position SLIGHTLY. As someone up there pointed out, a medical issue could have caused that. I can have sympathy for that person.

When I lived in Southdowns, the bus drivers would come flying through there going 40 every day (not an exaggeration). They wouldn't ever stop at any stop signs, and be squealing the tires going around corners, then slam on the brakes when they had to drop a kid off. It was very dangerous
