Looks like radio antennas. You would normally drill a hole in the roof to put the wire through. But for some reason this person didn't want to drill a hole in their roof, so they got the wires inside the car by feeding them through the trunk. I have no idea why.

They are antennas for a drive testing rig. Likely a RF engineer or tech. They drive around areas and make sure Cell signals are where they should be.

Those are bio ionic stimulaters. Keeps a body from decomposing and keeps the stink under control. One stimulater is attached to the head, one in the torso, and one in each quadricep.
