I would prefer a phone with a flat back as opposed to the S3/S4/S5 with the rounded edges and camera jutting out. Square up the edges, make it a little thicker so the camera is flush, and put a bigger battery in there with the extra room. I'm really starting to dislike the whole thinner+lighter stuff.
