Have a Samsung DMT400RHS, have an error code of the heavy light blinking, which from my research means water in the drip pan

I first blew out the drain pipe with an air compressor and code cleared but only for one cycle, took the dishwasher out turned it over and removed bottom pan, lots of slime and funk around the water sensor so I figured that was the problem, cleaned it out real good, put the dishwasher back and made sure it was level and all was good for a few cycles but now back with same error code. What is my next step? No apparent leaks when I turned over and all hose connections looked tight???

That sensor is cheap. Replace it. Or unplug it and see how it works..
The problem you have is either a bad drip sensor or a bad flow sensor.
