Sample situational Q&A's for operator interview

Made it to the 2nd round of interviews for a chemical operator job. What are some situational questions you guys have had posed to you or any you can think of? I got asked a couple in the initial interview so I figure it could come up again in this one.

If given a job to do and a coworker asks you to help him/her with a different job how do you handle the situation?
Tell us how you think "our" plant works?
You watch a coworker do something unethical.. How do you handle the situation?
There are literally thousands of different ways they can phrase behavioral questions... Pause before jumping into answering, and think about what you are about to say. Prove in your answers/responses that you wish to work hard, be apart of a cohesive unit, and enjoy your job... goodluck

I thought that question was limited to the plants in Alabama about UA. Guaranteed position if applicant has team tats.
