You could tell in the video, after he shot him that it was something he didn't want to do. He kept saying "Stupid mother fricker", but he was saying it in away like "he gave me no choice and now he is dead".
No one can argue that it was something he wanted to.. At least IMO.

Go to Gravy's page (admittedly that isn't exactly the best source for information) you would swear those cops went in only to murder him. After the DOJ decision and accounts of that night, there were still people on his page swearing that Sterling never had a gun while others were swearing that the cops planted the gun on him.

Completely agree but his page is always worth a good laugh or 10. I tried posting on their once, then when I realized no matter how many facts or proof you show his minions, they will never accept the truth, I gave up.

Those are the best comments to read. I'll never understand how he has a following but I guess, just like Silky Slimeball, if you are just louder than everyone else someone will think you know what you are talking about.

It's sad but that's Gravy's job. What would he have if he came out and said "you know what? After watch all the videos available, over and over, I have come to the conclusion this was just an unfortunate situation. The police were answering a 911 call with the assumption that they were going to encounter someone who was armed. Maybe they could have handled the situation better than they did, but then again they were putting their life on the line when answering that call......"
That doesn't get "his followers" worked up. That doesn't give him a "voice". He doesn't care about anyone but himself.

Gravy's time is already up. Nobody cares about the lawsuits.
With Trump in the White House, these police shootings aren't turning cities into warzones outside of huge lib areas like Sacramento. Baton Rouge has had two or three police shootings since Alton and none of them turned into anything.
Gravy is done. Expect to see him get arrested at council meetings and try to stir up more bullshite in order to keep his name somewhat relevant.

Exactly. Anybody who tries to say Sterling was detained isn't watching the same video we are. Sterling was never in the officers' control. The first thing he did was pull away from Lake.
I really hope Lake returns to patrol. He seems like a very good cop.
