What helped me was they explained that my brain just wasn't making enough serotonin and it was making it impossible for my brain to ever feel true happiness. It's like people that don't make enough insulin to break down sugar. It's just a damn chemical deficiency.

You will be AMAZED at how blue the sky is and how great those goosebumps feel when an autumn breeze blows through on a college football sarurday in a couple of months. Life is beautiful.
