And in this case you should be reported to CHFS for not properly vaccinating your child from a communicable disease that is dangerous to the public. IMO that is textbook childhood neglect.
Woof. Let me ask you a question. Are mothers tested for Hep b while pregnant and before they give birth?

Yes, killing a baby is definitely more serious, I agree.

At the same time Kentucky state legislators passed laws since 2017 that no longer require a doctor’s signature for vaccine exemptions, have expanded exemptions for daycares and schools, and reduced public health funds that are typically used to promote childhood vaccinations.
Im fine with this

Fascinating culture.
You know who also has low vaccination rates? Illegals, Hispanic or otherwise.

Not sure why the "woof"? I'd consider you a dangerous parent if you're not vaccinating your kid for Pertussis without a valid medical reason not to.
As far as Hep B, at least here in Kentucky, they are. There's also a program (since 1991) through the Cabinet for Health and Human Services to ensure testing, prevention, care, etc.

Where did I say I wouldn't personally vaccinate my children?
The issue is the current approach to vaccines.
If a mother is tested for Hep B, and Hep B can only be transmitted via bodily fluids, why does a newborn need the Hep B vaccine within 12-24 hours of birth?

The government should encourage and push proven vaccines with decades of data behind them.
It shouldnt force anything.

The hep B vaccine recs need to be reviewed
All pharmaceuticals have risks/benefits
The risks of the hep b vaccine are very low
But the benefits are basically 0 if the mother isnt an IV drug user or a whore

Agreed, I'm not sure why this concept of education is so frowned upon. The whole trust me I'm a doctor was sort of blown out of the water in the last decade.

I'm not against the Hep B vaccine or the Whooping cough. I'm trying to understand why Hep B is required at birth when there is no risk of the baby being exposed.

Parents should be jailed

You're just asking questions.

One of the things you quoted from my post was the reduction of public heath funds used to promote vaccinations. You said you're ok with that. How else do you think they should be educated?
Again, we'll agree to disagree on "forced" vaccinations. It's neglect if you don't. We can't sit and argue that parents should be held accountable when their kid falls in with a gang and hurts/kills someone but not accountable for vaccinating their kids and reducing the spread of dangerous, communicable diseases. For me it's two sides of the same coin.

Then you wouldn't be catching a childhood neglect charge.
As far as Hep B, having worked with families who have substance users as parents or recovering addicts that have lifelong Hep B infections, there's still risk for exposure for a newborn outside of the womb IMO. The vaccine itself is low risk, makes sense to vaccinate.

So you agree the baby is only at risk if the mom is a drug user or a whore
