S. Louisiana parents with young kids: what are you doing with them this week?

By young I mean 6-7 and under.
Wife had a death in family and will be gone until Thursday morning so old Chunky is watching kids in a few hours, one is about 18 months.
It's pouring rain, mid 70s, mosquitoes are out and everything outside is a mud pit. Every semi public place will be crowded and traffic will of course be terrible.
I really with there were basements here with decent room to run around.
What the hell are y'all doing with kids this week? Thanks for listening.

Every kid under 7 has an iPhone and computer and gaming systems. What do you need to leave the house for?

The obvious OT answer is to leave a box of pizza out on the table and let them stay home and fend for themselves while you are at work. This will build their character and survivalistic instincts.

Watch the human centipede together as a family.

Bonus points are awarded in leaving sharp objects within grabbing distance all over the house.
Hell they may do you a favor and off the one you didn't like to begin with.

Me and my daughter have raked leaves, worked in the garden, done last minute Christmas shopping, watched Toy Story about 10x, made cookies, made cards, etc....

Lace their food and drinks with Benadryl

make sure she shows you the obituary and the person's prayer card. "death in the family" is Cosmopolitan's #1 excuse for BBC
