Red Sea has some of the best diving in the world. Pretty popular resort area.

I'll take Orange Beach to Destin over that part of the world all day.

Yeah, some of those resorts are much different than the surrounding areas. Lots of chinese hookers.

Of course, Egypt was pretty moderate, they aren't extreme on that kind of thing. Though as you see in the background, it's like most beaches, on good looking lady, with five slobs in fullkinis in the bckground.

My dad was stationed on a base in the middle of the Egyptian desert back in 1992. Went to those beaches, pyramids etc.

Terrorists attempted to take responsibility but that is ruled out. Pilot radioed that he was having problems.and requested to land at nearest airport. Also plane was at 31,000 ft well beyond any range of missles from terrorist.
