This has a tendency to happen when you’re more worried about quota hiring over being actually effective at your job.

The US navy is a laugh as well.

Seriously I don’t understand how this crap happens. All four of our vehicles have cameras and beep to the point of being annoying while backing up.

Article says they had a mechanical failure and it was stuck in 'reverse', which is funny wording in itself. Plenty of other things probably could have happened to mitigate the damage but we are talking about the navy here.
