Rouzan Library

Looks like they might reach an agreement. Shows you what people that know how to conduct business can do.

EXACTLY! This is a ridiculous waste of tax payer money. There is zero reason to ever vote for more money to be given BREC of the Parish Library.

Apparently you don’t live in that area. It is part of the package in what the tax you are paying now for. That is if you pay property taxes in EBR parish.

Why do you care so much? Is your husband a brick layer or something?

Well yeah, they all do. At their school.

I think he's asking do kids go to the library to do projects, homework, get research for papers, etc. - like we did 20+ years ago.

No, they don't.

This isn’t accurate at all. Kids still go to the libraries but they do it for different reasons. We went to use the books. They go for the free wi-fi and to reserve rooms for study groups, to watch movies and listen to music. Different resources but they 100% still patronize the library to get out of the house.
