Do you recommend that I wait until early Saturday morning to head to Baton Rouge? I was originally going to go Friday but with everyone probably using that route I figure it would be best to wait.

According to google maps there are closures, not sure how bad or even if it is a fact.

I live in DeRidder, I haven't noticed that it's any more busy than usual. meaning it isn't busy. and it sure won't be busy at night.
