Round two: more popular in Houston JJ Watt or Hakeem?

Watt wins round one against Harden, but it is a bit closer than a landslide. Now comes a harder question ;is JJ Watt more popular than HAkeem Olajuwon? And if so is he the most popular athlete in Houston history?

Yao ain't got shite on Hakeem. All about them championships baw

Watt might be more popular to someone who hates basketball and just moved to Houston or your average 10-yr-old MSB-poster-type fan.
For a legit Houston sports fan? Watt needs a Super Bowl for a legit discussion. Football may be No. 1 here, but Dream brought us our first pro title x2 and has Final Fours to add to that. And an MVP. And HOF.

I think the only person maybe more loved by longtime Houston sports fans than Hakeem would Craig Biggio. He didn't win shite either but cb

Fin, I can't believe you're not watching the nba now. You're missing a golden age. Probably the best basketball in the last 30 years.

So Houston makes it to a western championship and it's golden years now

I said the league not necessarily the Rockets

The question is not "among sports fans"

Meh the league isn't all that. The age of the one on one isolation just can't compete with the 80's and the bird led celtics, Dr. J and sixers, magic/lakers, Jordan/ bulls. I agree though it seems to have gotten better recently though but not golden.
