I was doing a lot of running without socks at the beginning of the year (trying to toughen up my feet for races that I wouldn't be wearing socks). Feet were really calloused and dried out. Was embarrassing to wear flip flops. Got it taken care of. Never hurt or anything. Just wanted to get rid of the nasty dry calloused skin.
