How and why does a Netflix limited series not exist about this guy? His story is absolutely insane and would make incredible television

Yet he 100% conspired to, and took overt acts in furtherance of said conspiracy.

Are any of the documentaries on Silk Road worth watching?

I am not well versed on the subject but I like this 23 minute video on YouTube

So, the selling and buying part seems a pretty easy concept on silk road. How did the delivery part work? UPS?

Regular postal courier or package services. It didn't get super ballsy until you started ordering from overseas. Watching a foreign package sit in customs was unnerving, even if it wasn't going to your place

They made a movie about him on Netflix. Ross was incredibly arrogant and a prick. He said many times he wanted this to be his legacy. Ross acted like he was the smartest person in the building during his trial. And after his sentence was handed out he looked at his family and said “it is ok, this is not the end.” Well, ten years later you are still in prison buddy. Committing stupid crimes for a legacy in exchange for a life wasted in prison is one of the dumbest moves ever.

Especially the part where they found his missing 50,000 bitcoin a few years ago, paid off his $180 million fine and pocketed the other ~$4 billion.

That's crazy and frightening.

The DOJ seizes cars, boats and other property from drug dealers and organized criminals all the time but you gotta think on an individual basis that's fairly small potatoes with a lot of legal and bureaucratic hoops.

This guy, despite all of the Libertarian philosophy stuff and backdoor internet website management, actually made the investment of a lifetime without realizing it by latching onto Bitcoin at the ground floor.

And the Feds just swoop in and grab $4 Billion to do God knows what with.

One of the cardinal rules was never use UPS or FedEx. They didn't need a warrant to open any suspicious packages whereas the USPS does.

Always use USPS.
