That's an issue then. Unless you have the know how to run a switch, it'd end up costing you about the same to have an electrician install one + purchasing the vent as it would sufficiently venting the room through your central heating/air. You could add a jumper duct from the laundry room to a room with a return vent:

So you ran a duct to climate control it correct? If so, they make in-line duct fan boosters. You can also hook them up to a thermostat. We do this in bonus rooms that are above the garage. You can get them at AC supply houses (Coburns, Morrison, etc).
