They are also involved with proactiv

As you have historically displayed trouble saying "no" to either gender you need to be very careful.
You do know that a pyramid scheme is not just another exotic position from the Kama Sutra

It's bullshite unless you're at the top of course.

Really, you shouldn't try to join one of these companies, you'd be way better off starting your own and conning people to join

I have a friend who sells this. She works full-time as a nurse. She makes about 2500 a month off of R&F. Yes, I know this to be a fact. Tomorrow, I will call her and let everyone knows how she makes her money AND works a full-time job. She is also about to get a Lexus -- brand new 2015 with only insurance to pay on it. She made "Level 5" consultant. I have other friends that are doing it. They're not doing bad. Some women do it and get lazy and they basically make back what they put in and quit.

While Advocare and others are pyramid schemes, so is just about everything else. Why do your bosses push you or why as you as a boss push another? You wanna make money, don't you?

Yes, some women do it as a hobby as their husbands make bank. There are people out there who are doing it and doing it well. There's all kinds. This is the age we live in. If money is the name of the game, why not? Beats selling stuff door to door.

Boy, the OT is on point with the career-police tonight.

most jobs don't make you pay shite so this makes zero sense and you don't have to recruit new people.

My wife is a consultant. She makes some side money every month selling products and almosy everyone that buys from her becomes a returning customer as long as they can afford it. I assume the products work if that's the case

No. I just don't feel the need to hate on people for doing something to try to make money. I'm sorry women hate you. But they are still allowed to sell creams and soaps and make money. This is a free country, sort of.

This guy has clearly drank the Rodan and Fields koolaid.

I don't know what it is about R&F and nurses though. I have several fb friends that were nurses that sell it now.

I know it's from the same people that make Proactiv so I'm sure some of their products are legit. I've been tempted at times to try some of their stuff. Just don't want to be hassled over it over fb. I should just buy some stuff on their website without going through a consultant just to piss off the fb friends of mine that sell that crap cause I didn't buy from them.

R&F seems different because like you said they have things that have been sold in a normal fashion but otherwise it's annoying as shite like the rest of them

random question- do nurses have to pay money to be nurses? Just want to find a few professions that line up with what he said

You wanna know what's freaking annoying though? Getting a fb message from someone you haven't talked to in years asking how you are doing. Thinking "aww, how sweet, she is thinking of me?" and starting to try and have a legit catch up conversation.

Then 2 seconds later being hassled to come to their stupid R&F party and realizing this is a SALES TACTIC PUSHED BY THE COMPANY to their salespersons.

I mean I have to pay a couple hundred bucks every few years to renew my nursing license so I can legally practice as a nurse.

And have to buy scrubs and my stethoscope

I am sorry. I misunderstood your quote. That's my fault.

NO, most jobs do not make you pay in.

I think some of you hate Facebook and just need to get off. It's a social network. I've never tried to sell a thing via social media, but many people do. God forbid people want to make money.

I had that happen to me with Protandum. I was like, cool that's neat this guy wants to get in touch with me and hang out.

Then I found out he was just trying to find someone to help him sell that stuff here, or have sex with me. It's just uncouth.

an overwhelmingly large percentage of people who participate in these LOSE money and yet still do it. And these companies are scams in an of themselves. Maybe R&F isn't but that's not really the whole point here.

When everyone interaction with one of these people becomes a sales pitch it can make you lose friends because it's intolerable.

What the frick any of this has to do with it being a 'free country' is beyond me.

That is annoying.

But maybe you should not be on Facebook if that annoys you. Unfollow them.
