Road Rage: Woman shoots at man who threw Slurpee at her

The cars pull up, one is a Lexus, the other is Chevy pickup truck. As the two get to the light, the man in the pickup gets out and throws a Slurpee at the woman. Then she pulled her gun and shot at him. India Marchea McDougal is a licensed CPL holder and she was driving her Lexus Wednesday when she fired a single shot at the Chevy.

If I were her defense attorney, I would use the feared for her life defense.

A: nothing quicker to get a murder conviction that firing just one shot.
