i was a pretty heavy smoker for a lot of years..i was amazed how easy it was to quit. i really really wanted to be free of the stranglehold they had on me. i now absolutely despise nasty smelly cigs and would never yearn for one.
cocktail drinking within reason though, is something i'd really have a hard time giving up.

I smoked for more than 45 years and smoked a lot - a minimum of a pack a day, usually closer to two. How I’m still alive and not on oxygen is beyond me. I hate the smell of stale cigarette smoke. But if I’m around someone on the street who just lit up, I’ll take a good deep breath. I love that smell. But it’s not a good habit so, with any luck I’ll stay off cigs.
Cocktail drinking within reason? I’ve done it, but when I drank I was usually closing bars down at 3:00 am. I don’t miss the next day at all.

I had a wagyu NY strip topped with black truffle butter (thanks for the butter, Aspy!), creamed spinach, three cheese mac and cheese, and baby bok choy.
I don't usually eat large lunches, so I am FULL.
