You can’t blame liberals. I’ve seen posters here that identify as conservative, libertarians etc talk about celebrating the death of law enforcement.

The media is the issue. They have villified them in an effort to cause more instability in this country

I'll concede your point. Well stated.

Shot and killed on a traffic stop.
A routine traffic stop.

Now, who questions why cops are sometimes quick to shoot and defend themselves?

I agree. Anyone ever has interaction with police, should comply and be courteous. Any resistance, and as far as the cop knows, he could be the next dead cop.

With only a few days left in 2018, I’ll nominate this as the most ignorant post of the year.

stewie, I noticed you ignored my question to you. I will re-paste it below, and add an UPDATE below that:

Honest question to stewie.. given the population statistics (a fact), the acceptance of sanctuary cities by the Left (a fact), and the abundance of public assistance (a fact)..

what SPECFICALLY is so bad about keakar's post? Is he making an assumption? Yes. But is it that bad of an assumption, given the facts?

UPDATE:
Sheriff: California officer's killer is in the US illegally
SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A gunman who killed a California police officer during a traffic stop over possible drunken driving is in the United States illegally, authorities said Thursday, as a manhunt for the attacker stretched into a second day.
