Actually it's big part of the problem.
How can things ever get better if there are two sets of rules?

Many in this country feel the need to coddle and pat black people on the back like little small children when they fall down.
Must be so sensitive towards their needs and desires. Be very careful and PC when making statements about the issuers that concern them.
