Broadmoor theater is where the new Walgreens and McDonalds are going I think.

The McDonald's on Sharp is moving there? Man that location by Keans has been around my entire life. Wow.

Reading the replies in this thread saddens me. People simply refuse to stop depending on their cars for everything.

What would you have them do? Ride their bikes in all the bike friendly lanes all over BR??
Sit at a bus stop for the city bus and risk being robbed?

Was incredibly baller back in the day. I distinctly remember shooting rubber bands at a lobbyist in that boardroom. Age 5ish

I'd love to see what I looked and smelled like after walking 2 miles to the closest bus stop in slacks, dress shoes and a shirt in August

I get it. Riding a bike involves getting off one's arse and exerting energy, and people in America--and especially in obese states like Louisiana--will fight tooth and nail against such a thing.

Club FX after they closed Chi Chi’s circa 1998....

Hope you don't have a bag with a laptop on you...cause that will get stolen from you on the first day.
Some cities cars are absolutely necessary, especially if you have children or a decent commute to work ...BR is one of them.

Was that the techno club? I know I went a few times but didn't remember the name

My commute is pretty easy. 4 miles or so but I'd have to cross Airline Highway on a bike. My daughter's school doesn't even offer bus service either way.

If I remember correctly that guy lives in Spanish Town. That's one of the few areas that you can probably live and bike to work, grocery store etc. And that's assuming you work downtown.

He thinks anyone living within 10 miles of their work should bike to work
Nothing like getting to work and meeting with clients sweating and smelling from your 35 minute bike ride in the summer heat
Keep in mind, this choad works from home

So what would your bike route be from South Harrells Ferry to Essen?
