Can anyone give me recommendation on someone to use for an evaluation on for a rental house here in south baton rouge. Also looking to get a survey done for every corner of the rooms.

I've always used WCK for foundation repairs. I'm not sure if they do all the other stuff you're looking to do. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.

I can do the elevation survey for you on the side. We don't typically do residential except through our contract with a warranty company but I can recommend someone.

If you end up needing remediation your best bet will be to go directly to one of the repair companies and have them handle everything starting with the inspection/evaluation.

A home inspector will be able to identify a potential issue but will still require an engineer to make a determination and come up with remediation. However, once you have an elevation survey you can tell a good bit about what's going on with the foundation. I'm not licensed but I have done elevation surveys for mine and few family members' homes.

I can either give you the name of the guy who does inspections for us or I can put together an unofficial report to save you some money. If you have issues that need remediation you'll likely need a report from a licensed inspector. WCK, CableLock, etc. can handle getting an inspection but you can also bring your own inspection report to them, however they might want to do their own investigation as well.
