What are you doing in O&G where you can afford RO? I can't afford Bunker Hill much less River Oaks.

You haven't been to the north side obviously, I'm west of Tomball, air here is clean, I have beautiful trees and an elevation change of about 35 feet from the north end of my property to the south end. Development is happening but there are still a bunch of us who have acreage keeping it from being everywhere.
