Theres videos, work your way all the way up to 3000 grain. Put paint protectant film on them after so they'll stay looking good.

Wet sand them, then polish, then use a sealant. Or just wait a few more minutes and some dumb arse will tell you to use Off.

Go to any auto parts store or Wally World and get a Headlight Renewal Kit. It will have everything you need including a uv protectant that will delay your headlights from getting cloudy again.

Try mosquito spray, Off, Repel, whatever. shite works. I did the sandpaper route, worked but was a slight pain in the arse. Somebody told my wife the Off spray works, and it does.

Don't forget to try toothpaste if you're going for old wives' tales that don't work.

I redid mine yesterday with the Gator brand kit that fits on a drill. Includes everything you need for $20 at Lowe’s. My 2008 Tacoma was really bad and in 20 minutes they looked brand new. Definitely worth $20

So if the Off spray doesn't work, what the frick is this yellow shite on my rag after I apply the fricking spray? It doesn't remedy the problem, but it does take a lot of the oxidation off the cover. I have to do it a couple of times a year.

Spray blinker fluid on them and wipe off with sandpaper

You aren't removing oxidation without polishing it. It is simple science.
If it was that easy, no one would have yellow headlights.

I do not understand.
OT ballers don't keep cars long enough to have poor people problems like this.

As an original OT baller I just buy a new vehicle before the headlights get residue.

The Deet in Off melts the plastic. It will continue to melt your headlight even after you think you wiped it off because plastic is porous. It will speed up the process of your headlights looking like shite again. Congratulations on your never ending yellow headlights.

What type of vehicle? What year?
Mine were very yellowed, and even after working on them a couple of hours with the wet sanding, they still came out blotchy.
So, I ordered replacement lenses from RockAuto. Cost about $60 apiece.
Easy to replace and my vehicle looks like new.

3M Headlight Restoration kit and a cordless drill. You’re welcome

Wow thank you
I had a similar experience using one of the products from the auto zone
But the replacement lenses sounds like a winner
Appreciate it
