Fred's is $20 without an LSU ID.
But to be honest, if you don't have an LSU ID, and there is no riff raff around you, they'll let you in for $10.
On another note... This guy will donate some time and sweat to knock down the dividing wall in order to create Freggies.

When I was I going every Friday night, circa 2011, it was 100% Crown. I never could figure out how they made much profit. I would stand by the bar and get crown on the rocks for two hours.

I once showed up at 9:30 because my friend was running late, then proceeded to chug anywhere from 10-15 jack and cokes within that time frame to get my money's worth

Tuscaloosa had (has?) a couple places that do penny pitchers but they weren't popular student bars.
My thoughts for college kids has always been I'd rather have them getting wasted at a bar with people (hopefully) watching out for them as opposed to funneling everclear in their dorm with no supervision.

Several times throughout baseball season there will be 2 free drinks sessions.
Best I ever went to was 2 hours of FD, free crawfish, 3 more hours of FD, then more crawfish because no one was there.

I went to SELU my first two years of college before transferring to LSU,so that explains why I thought it was 20

Man this thread brought all my old drinking buddies to the yard...
I had it down to a science how to drink the most for the least amount of money my Sr year of college. I spent most of my time at Bogies those days but would hit of FFD pretty often.
I finally retired my Bogies Black Card just a few weeks ago. Was easily my best investment of my life. So much free stuff for so long.

I continued to go a few years after I graduated (grad school helped make it feal reasonable). It's been a few years since I went (besides once after a wedding) and just decided it was time to trash the card. RIP BBC

$10 cover for free everything and food until halftime at Fred's for the 2010 Super Bowl between the Packers & Steelers may have been the GOAT in my boat. I don't think I've ever done that many shots in my life. 9-6 LSU Bama was also another great night

Flashing that BBC made me feel like I was the coolest guy there... And most of the time it was just me and JBeam at 8pm so I knew I was the coolest guy there.
