We're members of both CC and Red's as well, and for a while there, UFC gym too so my son could train Mui Tai and wrestle.
Was glad to finally let go of UFC, because 3 memberships is just ridiculous.
To the OP, Red's is great for 95% of the population. I worked there one summer many years ago. Great family to be involved with.

yeah I don't know where the expensive comment came from
I know those strip mall gyms are cheap but comparing that to Red's is ridiculous

Yeah, my Y has a lot of stuff, and it's about $40 a month, but even I can tell from the website Red's has more.
If I lived in Lafayette it would be my spot.

For a family it's at least a hundy a month.
The biggest expense is time, on a good day the drive was an hour round trip, as I live a bit out in country.
Now, if Red would get on the insurance wellness plan for blue cross, I'd buy back in.

Lol, that's from 3+ years ago.

I'm guessing R Kelly's permaban from Red's is still in effect.

Yeah Cena regularly pops in when the Wwe is in town or he's shooting a movie. He was in there a couple months ago

And he has always kept the gyms cold, as he knows a cold gym keeps the odors down & improves the over all hygiene in the gym.
That's exactly why he does it. His monthly utility bills are insane

If The Miz ever catches Cina at Red's it's gonna be on like Donkey Kong.

I returned to reds after a medical loa, only to find in the powerlifting room a sign that said "please do not drop weights." It was at that point I knew my time at Reds had past.
Glad to hear one less idiot yelling at the top of his lungs and dropping weights, while wearing a belt, with the mentality of 'look at me'. Your not missed, at all....

I wouldn't hold my breath, isn't there one gym in Lafayette that accepts that and it's one of the national chains?

Do all the steroid freak body builders that used to frequent graham central station and the plaza still work out at Red's?
Posted on 12/29/15 at 3:34 pm to Paul Allen
I don't know, as I said earlier in the thread I don't work out at Red's.
