Recommended websites or mobile apps for learning French and or Spanish

I'm looking to spend a few minutes each day at work or at home learning basic French and or Spanish. Preferably free/cheap websites or apps with audible pronunciations. I know very little to start with. Thanks in advance ....

I downloaded Pimsleur illegally, but have yet to use it. You can pretty much get everything sold through torrents

Duo lingo is pretty good and free. Mind snacks is free too and is little video games. It helped my wife get pretty fluent and she can speak to my family now.
