Tablerock lake in Branson Missouri. Great Lake, lots of rentals, and Branson has a ton of activities.

Done this, plenty of stuff for all ages. Cleaned up on trout as well!

Norris a Lake outside of Knoxville with mountain views. Or Center Hill Lake in McMinnville,TN. Or Dale Hollow Lake north of Cookeville, TN.

Branson itself is a redneck white trash hell hole, but just south of there In Ridgedale, all of the Johnny Morris stuff is 1st class. I'd find a house or cabin around there and then check out all the activities at Big Cedar Lodge, Top of the Rock, Dogwood Canyon and the new Shooting Center.

There are multiple marinas that rent ski boats and party barges and the lake is spectacular.
