I did try some rock ports that felt good but wasn't sure if they were any quality.
This does not exist in a $100 budget unless you only look at clearance stuff, like at REI Outlet.
Aside from studded soles, I don't believe anything exists that will do much on ice.

By ice, I meant snow ice and stuff. Like I visited someone up north and their building had a dog walk that was all snow and ice. Wearing sandals isn't fun on that.
I ended up getting rockports. I've tried them on before and they fit well and were comfortable. The reviews said they worked good for winter weather. They were on sale for $90. And they are sharp enough I can wear them in multiple occasions.
