Same here.

400 dollars a year for 100k in building coverage and 40k in contents coverage. Also, in a high risk area, but within a levee system and elevated at least 3 feet.

Only time I project it flooding there is if another Katrina decides to go west and hit Morgan City.

I live in Arabi, ours is a bit more but we have a bit more coverage and I think 50k contents
