Lol. You’re going to call an independent contractor’s company and tell them he didn’t call you back?

I agree the guy is a douche for not calling back and saying sorry my buyers don’t want your house any more but you’re just being silly now.

A little constructive criticism may help him learn his trade, do you think his boss would approve of his actions? I think not, and yes I'm being petty DGAF.

You wanna call me with some bullshite and waste my time, I'll teach him a lesson

It's bad he is willing to take a 6% loss on his house, but not willing to hire a realtor.

Make less money and have the headache....wow.

So you're banking on a lazy realtor being able to sell it for 6% over my asking in this market, lol K.

6% loss you dont know what I bought it for or when you idiot or what my asking was, I may be fricking them to tears.

Another LOW IQ poster.

I'd probably negotiate the realtor percentage down and list it at the same price I had.

You seem to he doing well selling your house though.

I FSBO out of spite, I just dont like realtors and I'm not going to feed their corrupt little system. But I do take my fishing seriously, I'm not trying to save 30% and buy a cheap boat.

Skeeters have become the bottom of the barrel, every redneck has a new one with a 20 year note.

My point is it won’t matter. You are acting like your phone call is going to do something. He’s not going to get fired or even a “letter in his file”. They may say hey man you need to call people back. He’ll undoubtably say I tried to call him and left him a message.

If you are worried about wasted time, the path you are on is a colossal waste of time.

For future knowledge just tell the realtor to write it up and don’t get your hopes up when someone is interested until you get a written offer.

Wait...is this a thread started by a FSBO that's too cheap to hire a Realtor and yet is mad because a Realtor that doesn't work for him and has no legal ties to him didn't follow through?

Sorry op, I'm laughing a little at the time and energy you're wasting instead of just hiring someone tbh

I had a realtor lie about when a contract was delivered to buy his clients more time. He was a dual agent on a deal and my offer was sufficient to start a clock on the deal he had in place.

Despite a time stamped acceptance note by his office noting it was received he said it didn't count because he himself did not actually receive it.

Bought them an extra 4 days and tied me up from buying another property. Other deal fell through anyway on him.

I approached the realtor board/committee/whatever and they said it was a grey area and not worth pursuing. Basically said meh.

Not returning a phonecall is not even on their radar.

Communication of a bogus offer and potentially made up clients is a different matter, I'll let his supervisors sort it out.

Good lord you’re a dumbfrick. The guy doesn’t owe you anything. If you know it’s nothing until written up why get your hopes up? I hope you get an offer and they pull out on the last day of the inspection period for some petty bullshite like an electrical socket.
