Most job applications include verbiage that allows for immediate termination for falsifying information submitted.

I had to explain this to an internal recruiter as a part of a mock interview the other day.

We've had multiple openings for months on our operations side, to the point people are leaving because they're overworked.

I'm not saying take anyone with a pulse, but the first question you ask shouldn't be "how can you help this company" mfer I can fill an empty seat, that's how.

I remember spending over an hour applying to one of these type of jobs and receiving an email 5 minutes after that said "thanks for applying, but we have decided to move on to other candidates."
