Does anyone know where they’re passing out the passes that allow you to do whatever you want with no consequences? I had to run in for some blinker fluid and it would have been so much easier to park in the no parking fire lane

I'm with you on this one.

I agree! Joe Public can't be on a phone while driving but Officer Dickhead can ride down the interstate typing on his laptop.
Wait, just realized that is a Denham Springs cop! Whoa! There are no laws that apply to those guys!

they should be held to a higher standard than everyone else, not a lower one.

Meh
If my local pd is short staffed then I don’t want them wasting time looking for spots when they get called out
Also don’t want them to have to run back through parking lots when trying to respond quickly to the next call

Call a tow company and pretend to be the manager.

I figured they park there as security?
Posted on 9/20/23 at 3:28 pm to deathvalleyfreak43
Are they shopping or working?
Posted on 9/20/23 at 3:29 pm to deathvalleyfreak43
maybe he was there because they caught a shoplifter? or working security?

If he is there on detail, that parking spot is fine
Posted on 9/20/23 at 3:31 pm to deathvalleyfreak43
Be a man and go tell him to not park there.

Is it possible that he’s there on a detail?
The Walmarts here in NOLA always have cops sitting in their cars there

lol you shop at a Walmart that needs police detail
Posted on 9/20/23 at 3:34 pm to deathvalleyfreak43
He’s working a detail. Walmart tells them to park at the front. It’s to keep low life’s like you from stealing.

Don’t ask questions, just comply

Yes, when the detained shoplifter is kicking the shite out of the Loss Prevention person, the officer should be required to park in the furthest spot and sprint across the parking lot to the store.
