I said the same thing about the tailgate step when ford first came out with it. Now I can not live without it. It is the perfect foot rest when drinking a beer on a tailgate.

I wish my Avalanche had one. Since the box covers are on 99% of the time it's a pain in the arse to get stuff towards the front of the box. At least the rubber lining keeps stuff from sliding up there most of the time.
