Don't want to offend you here, but have a think about it - if you have to turn to a forum to ask these questions then you probably shouldn't be going for a Supervisors job. Just saying, there is nothing worse than a supervisor giving orders when he doesn't even know the basics of how things should be done.

yeah, you're absolutely right, I don't understand why you're applying for a supervisors' position when you're coming to an internet message board full of strangers seeking answers to what should be common knowledge for someone seeking this position.

Jesus, dude. Maybe you should go learn about crane operation, not try to rig the test.

Normally, I don't care when people ask for homework help but this is ridiculous. Are you seriously asking for help on a test that gauges your knowledge of how to operate heavy machinery? Do you think you should be anywhere around a crane if you have no idea how to operate it?

I dont agree with what you are trying to do here, but it seems like googling the questions would be your best bet to finding answers

Do you know you can kill people with a crane?

There is a reason there is a test. They are weeding out the people who will kill people with a crane. That's you. So stay away from the crane

This is only a portion of a 60+ question "assessment" packet I was given. I graduated from LSU in December of 2008 with a BS in Construction Management ... although important, these are crane operator questions ... help would be appreciated.

Just stick to updating that useless schedule you send me once a week and claim we all are doomed to liquidated damages.

And while you are at it, check on my October invoice. It's getting a little old.

I'm a site manager for one of the big 3 in BR and I pray to God you aren't trying this with us. Doesn't matter though because when you get to the field your lack of knowledge will stick out like a sore thumb. Take it from me, you will be much better off admitting you do not know something rather than trying to fool your supervisor. I see it everyday! In fact there is a poser sitting just down the hall that thinks he is on his way up. Payday is tomorrow and I will be letting him go because he obviously lied about his qualifications.

I would much rather train someone than have them f%&k something up.

I would think that you can find the answer to all of these questions in a manual. Maybe go look for that and find the answers yourself?
