Question for Ford baws

What do you call the green body strip sandwiched in between the bumper and grill? Been looking online for hours now trying to find the part but can't find anything. It's a separate piece. I've got the same ranger that is in great shape other than that piece that is cracked.

ETA, Its not part of the grille but looks to be the radiator grille opening panel.

Had a 93 ranger in high school and that piece was all chipped and beat to hell. Wanted to replace it until I saw how much work it would actually be.
