How good are seats on the floor underneath the balcony?

I’m not being a smartass. But I think all seats there are pretty damn good.

I have too. My only concern is how the floor is on an angle. With it being higher in the back while also being under the balcony, I wonder how the view of the stage is.

Did you pull up the seating chart? And it’s an experience I would go to regardless of seats.

Yeah but I can't find one of those virtual seating charts that actually show the view.

How far back? The first 5 to 10 rows aren't too bad underneath. You can see from any of the underneath ones, but obviously the atmosphere of them are a little different than closer up. Great venue.

Ryman isn’t that big. I’ve only sat in the first few rows but it didn’t seem like there was much obstruction in the back.

I found the actual seating chart that shows where the poles are and what seats have obstructed views. Every seat still available is one of the obstructed view seats.

There’s not a bad seat in that entire theater

I strongly recommend taking the guided tour as well. They will take you backstage to the dressing rooms which is pretty damn cool IMO

The only issue would be having a seat behind a column for the balcony. The call them partially obstructed vies seats when you buy online. Even those are close though.

bullshite.

Try a seat behind a balcony pillar or towards the very back of the front row and you'll be staring at the band's shoes.
