To put in overly simplistic terms, think "birth defect". Certainly not common, but it happens on rare occasions.

People are born with male and female genitalia, although typically not fully developed. Such as the evexitance of not fully developed or descended testicles and a micro penis. Your "daughter" is raised as a female, hits puberty, and the show begins.

I dont know about algeria but in iran you have a sex change so you dont get in trouble for homosexuality.

But you have to have the surgery, you are not trans if you just say you are. And you have to follow the sex segregation. There is no gender fluid crap.



Alos when looking at these laws it seems more or less in these countries public acts or public displays of homosexuality are illegal. You just have to stay in the closet and be gay in private.

The disorders causing an XY to be born with a vagina or some form of it are one with a defective Y in the XY causing inability to produce testosterone or another disorder which causes complete androgen insensitivity where their produced testosterone has no effect.

Both aren’t fully functional women.

One cannot produce testosterone naturally and also requires taking estrogen & progesterone to experience puberty including to develop functioning feminine organs and have menstrual cycles as they can’t produce those hormones either due to having only one X chromosome. They will still never have functional ovaries and can’t produce eggs even with the hormone therapy. Streak gonads have to be removed. Without estrogen therapy would develop closer to an androgynous body form. Even though they do not naturally produce testosterone I think that they would still benefit physically on some level from testosterone therapy or juicing (not to develop male sex organs as that ship has passed but to enhance muscle development and so on).

Being completely insensitive to testosterone the other cannot make use of their produced testosterone at all which then is converted to estrogen. They don’t have fallopian tubes, a cervix, or a uterus. They likely have a shallow vagina that is like a pouch and unconnected to anything else, and do have undescended testicles (until removed as cancer is very possible). They do not have periods. Without any type of hormone therapy these individuals will develop a typical feminine body form externally with most only diagnosed after not menstruating by age 15 or 16. While testing positive for testosterone they would not benefit from it at all which is entire reason for their abnormal development.

Depending on source the above 2 may make up 0.002% of births or less.

For some any form of a vagina at birth regardless of being XY and lacking various female internals and/or the ability to produce feminine hormones means born female, but I have been hearing for several years now that external sex organs used to “assign” sex at birth aren’t definitive…
